If you are underwater with your mortgage is this a show you do now want to miss.  We will be spending two hours on the hows, whys, and avenues which lead to relief.

The Third Hour

The First Two Hours
Our guests this week are Larry Saltzman and John Fanuzzi who will each present information essential to surviving the coming times and building a new economy.  Part of returning governance to the people includes ensuring all are fed at the most local level as this cuts the costs of transportation, which may at some time in the near future become problematical, and also provides enough food to keep people healthy.  Civil unrest is far more likely if people are hungry.
Using food from various sources activists in counties in California are working toward the goal of having enough food to feed everyone within their counties.   Today we will go over how this is working in Santa Barbara County.
The Third Hour
In our third hour we will hear from John Fanuzzi, a true Renaissance Man, on a technology which can displace steel in many applications and is far more lasting.

Larry Saltzman is an activist in Santa Barbara, California ,where long with other California counties, there is a strong move to ensure all living there can be fed with food produced from within each county. Larry will go into the several sources for this harvest of hope and also discuss the application of several growing technologies now being used in the area. These include the edible forest approach, aquaponics, hydroponics, and the suburban keeping of chickens.  Larry has a certificate in Permaculture design (designing for sustainability) and he is active in designing food forests to feed the poor and disadvantaged.
Local production of food brings with it local independence and a new basis for commerce in this foundational arena. Larry reports on the coming together of very different elements within his area each working toward the same goal side by side.
                                                                                               Site:
John Fanuzzi is a businessman in Montana who underwent the trauma of loss caused by corrupt practices of a local bank. He is now running a basalt quarry, open and in use for many years. Basalt can be used to produce an alternative to steel, which is lower in weight and stronger. This application is now in use outside the United States. The material can be processed locally and without impact on the environment.
The resulting metal does not corrode and lasts far longer than steel and can be used in a variety of applications, including rebar but also for the production of vehicles.
